For your convenience, we have the basic permits and forms available for download. Please follow instructions on the forms for submission.

The City of Center City requires building permits for most construction or alteration of buildings within the City.

Apply at Chisago County Environmental Services and Zoning Department for: Roofing, Windows, Siding, Heating or Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Additions/Alterations, Garages, or New Construction.

Apply at Center City Hall for: Land Use Application, Chicken Permit, Driveway/Excavation, Event Permit, Fence Permit, Food Truck Permit, Compost Site Permit, Sign Permit. A selection of permit applications can be found below for download to fill out. Please refer to Center City Ordinances for additional information and requirements.
